Perch yourself poolside, sipping bubbly and cocktails, for an afternoon of fun and frivolity at the Soleil Pool Bar's Melbourne Cup Celebration.  A fabulous full grazing menu will keep you fuelled for the afternoon, as you explore the themed bars of crafted cocktails and more, featuring Gordons Pink Gin, Chambord and Mumm Marlborough. The race will be in live, and then, it’s time to dance with DJs playing into the night.
