One of the highlights of Good Food Month, the crowd favourite Night Noodle Markets are back at South Bank from July 25-Aug 5.
The lantern-lit waterside markets are the place to sample the very best of street food from around southern Asia, from Taiwan to Japan, the Philippines to Vietnam.
Amongst the many stalls at this year's Night Noodle Markets you can expect to find Little Red Dumpling, Hoy Pinoy, Teppanyaki Noodles, Donburi Station, Zagyoza, Black Star Pastry, Waffleland and N2 Gelato.
Also peddling their signature dishes will be Sambal Kampung, Bangkok Street Food, Steamed Dim Sum, Kin Cen, Bao Brothers, Little Kyoto and Phat Elephant as well as The Original Korean twist potato, Puffle, Poklol & Shallot Thai.
Hoy Pinoy cook up their mouth-watering Filipino chicken and pork skewers and Zagyoza serve their much loved gyoza with creative vegan fillings such as chick pea lentil and black bean vegan.
Be sure to leave room for dessert, with Blackstar Pastry whose last year's dessert hits were Strawberry Watermelon Cake Smash Gelato and Raspberry Lychee Cake or there's Waffleland's fresh baked waffles which come with toppings such as maple syrup and black sesame. And Gelato Messina have created the amazing Kamikaze Katsu (deep-fried gelato katsu sandwich) for the occasion.
Need to know - Night Noodle Markets are entirely cash-free. Dogs are welcome on leash and kept 20m from the food stalls.
