Black Fire Restaurant

Brisbane Cbd

Black Fire Restaurant are plating up the most divine Spanish/ Mediterranean dishes for Brisbane city diners to indulge in.

The restaurant is located in the Capri by Fraser hotel, where paleo restaurant Asana used to be. The luxe alfresco focused eatery is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle outside the restaurant.

There is a breakfast, lunch, dinner and a tapas menu, each with as many delectable dishes as the next. Their pasta is a must-do, and are all homemade. Particularly the pasta stuffed with organic buffalo ricotta and spinach, you can taste how fresh the ingredients are.

The rotolo of fresh ricotta and smoked pumpkin is another favourite, served with a roasted pine nut and basil pesto, with burnt butter and tomato.

Team one of their mains with Black Fire’s grilled chorizo and sautéed Alubias white beans for the perfect duo.

Black Fire prides themselves on quality produce and meat, with all of their meat MSA-graded and supplied by local farmers. You can try their Wagyu Striploin, marbled 5+ for the juiciest, most-perfectly cooked steak around Brisbane.

If you’re more of a pork eater, tuck into their suckling pig which is red oak smoked and then slow roasted. The crackling is simply perfect.

It’s a great idea to enjoy a fresh tomato salad with your meat – it aids in digestion!

Naturally, when spoiling yourself with some divine food, you must squeeze in some dessert. Black Fire has mastered a Chocolate Indulgence dish which is practically magic on a plate – it even sparkles.

Need to know – nearby paid parking is available, as well as public transport hubs.

Nice to know – a majority of Black Fire’s dishes are gluten-free and they cater for every kind of dietary requirement.
