It is inspiring to watch the international award-winning pizzaiolo at work, preparing pizzas using top quality ingredients and classical Italian techniques (yes - that means spinning the dough on his fingertips).

Beginning with antipasti, diners can choose from calamari fritters, antipasti platter for two or a create your own charcuterie board. The menu includes all manner of pizzas - categorized as either tomato based or not. Prova Pizzeria also offer gluten free and vegetarian pizzas.
