Enlivening the historic police barracks with its stencil art walls and lantern lit courtyard, Peasant Spanish Restaurant is a well-establsihed fixture in The Barracks dining scene.
Tapas at Peasant include versions of classics such as Patatas Bravas, Baby Sweet Peppers char-grilled with capers, Empanadas and Croquetas with mushroom and gruyere, ranging up to full Charcuterie Boards with 18 month Serrano and aged Manchego cheese.
Meantime a small selection of Mains to share includes Rustic Spanihs Meatballs with salsa roja and Seafood Zarzuela with mussels, barramundi, clams. prawns and chorizo.
