Enzo & Sons

Petrie Terrace

UPDATED: PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN DECEMBER 2019

Enzo & Sons, located in the middle of Petrie Terrace's bustling Caxton Street is wood firing authentic Italian pizzas and pouring refreshing Campari cocktails.

The ambient restaurant and bar has an exposed brick interior laden with dining tables and cosy booth seating. There is an outdoor bar out the back with an expansive courtyard, suitable for group alfresco dining. The ginormous wood fired oven is located in the courtyard, wafting the scent of delicious freshly made pizzas throughout the room.

The menu contains seven pizza combinations, two fresh salads and some bar nibbles. When it comes to deciding which pizza to order, we’re certain that every flavour is as delicious as the next. Although, the mushroom pizza is a favourite; topped with mushrooms, san marzano tomato, tallegio and sprinkled with oregano, it’s delizioso!

You won’t receive a boring salad at Enzo’s, with two freshly tossed salads available to order. The beetroot salad is tossed with buffalo ricotta, pistachio and vincotto. Whilst the radicchio is tossed with a baby fennel salad.

If you’re more interested in the drinks menu, perhaps order some of their delicious Sicilian olives, drizzled in lemon thyme and chilli.

Enzo & Son’s serves six cocktails, all of which are reasonably priced. A majority of them feature Campari, which is a signature liquor to Enzo and Son’s. Try the Americano for a blend of campari, vermouth, soda water and orange slices. For something a little more refreshing try the Lemon Spritz, made with limoncello, prosecco, fresh lemon and soda. The bar also has a range of beers on tap and an expansive wine list, filled with only Italian and Australian wines.

Need to know - There is limited paid parking available nearby.
