Cream Patisserie Boulangerie

Coorparoo

Every suburb could do with a Cream Patisserie Boulangerie - a dark atmospheric little cafe and patisserie that makes a great drop-in for morning or afternoon tea and where all of the delicious European style pastries hail from a purpose built pastry kitchen.

From their signature tart range the standouts are Chocolate Velvet Tart (slightly bitter with Dutch cocoa topping) or the sweeter Chocolate Lavender Tart with fresh lavender and chocolate ganache filling. Just as delectable is the French Mille Feuille – double puff pastry with layers of fresh cream or Gateau Concorde – dense curly topped layers of chocolate meringue and ganache.

There’s also a great range of biscotti and chocolates and a brisk trade is done in special occasion cakes such as the Japonais layered chocolate Opera Gateau or White Chocolate Baileys cheesecake.

Need to know - Cream Patisserie Boulangerie is fully licensed.
