SKY ZONE BRISBANE HAS CLOSED AS OF NOVEMBER 2021.

Sky Zone is one of those rare Brisbane places with the absolute wow factor: not just because it’s the biggest indoor trampoline park in Australia but under the same mega roof is a 3 level Laser tag zone, café, party rooms and chill out zone.

Sky Zone MacGregor

Tucked away in an industrial/commercial estate off Kessels Rd this giant mecca of bouncy fun looks like it’s been beamed up from somewhere else and south siders are thanking their lucky stars it ended up in their backyard. For others it’s on track to become the leisure time destination of choice for teens, tweens, kids and adults, indeed anyone aged from 0 to 100 (Sky Zone's motto is If you can walk you can jump).

Inside is a bit of a mini wonderland that has been brilliantly planned and set out and that it’d be easy to spend a day in. The vast entrance foyer contains a chill-out zone of bean bags scattered amongst tree trunk props and a café that serves light healthy choices that are all freshly baked and made on site: paninis, muffins, slices, salads, juices, Aromas coffee and a range of teas. (Also nearby is a self-serve frozen raspberry and Pepsi machine and some water fountains). Then before you hit the trampolines there’s shoe storage racks and lockers for hire.

The vast trampoline zone is divided into activity areas and each has its own Skyguard, the trampolining equivalent of a lifeguard, so parents have no need to run around after them.

Game areas include Dodgeball (2 team game), Basketball Hoops, The Wall (a high performance area that is only open to those with established skills) and the highly popular Foam Pit (where trampoliners can launch themselves into a pit of foam).

Meanwhile the main trampoline zone is the Stratosphere (suited to beginners), a vast space of trampolines for as far as the eye can see, which, when it gets busy gets divided into age and size areas so little ones can jump without fear of being squashed or worse, launched into space by big kids.

The one-of-a-kind Laser Tag area (which has plenty of light to accommodate younger kids) incorporates a mysterious world of fantasy, starting with a giant chess board and Alice in Wonderland figures and scenes, another of building blocks and the top level infused with white smoke like clouds. Those who’ve paid for Laser sessions don’t need to wait to go in, but can enter any time, pick up a vest and start playing.

For some fun and fitness combined Sky Fit classes start in August and there’s also a Dodge Ball League to join.

Rates start at $16 per laser game, $18 per trampoline hour (includes Sky Zone Grip socks) or $25 for both. *Book your Sky Zone session here.

Need to know: There’s free ample parking (with over 200 car spaces) on site. Entry is via the driveway just before Bob Jane T-Mart, which is a few hundred metres after Mains Rd intersection when heading towards Garden City on Kessels Rd. Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment as there's a strict numbers limit for both trampolines and laser tag.

Sky Zone MacGregor

Nice to know: Sky Zone has an awesome party set up with especially set up enclosed dining compartments, which come with their own allocated supervisor so parents can relax with a coffee on the benches and stools while the sugar load kicks in. (BYO cake).
