Alice’s Wonderland  is a colourful hands-on exhibition for curious 3-8 yr olds, bringing basic science concepts to life at the Cobb + Co Museum in Toowoomba.

Follow Alice as she falls down a rabbit hole into a strange world based on Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Full of interactive components that encourage children and adults alike to explore, discover and learn though play, this lively exhibition introduces a range of numeracy, literacy and science concepts in a playful way. Through fun activities, curious children will be introduced to optics and illusions, word play, physics and maths.

When visiting this exhibition during school holidays, not to be missed is Science Wonderland, a special winter holiday program. Enter the topsy turvy world of science  and observe science demonstrations including optical illusions, chemical reactions, shrinking and expanding, old world animation and more. Be sure to catch one of the zany Science Wonderland live shows at 10am, 11.30am & 1pm each day. Jul 2-13 (10am-3pm), week days only.

Nice to know - Cobb+Co Museum in Toowoomba, Australia is home of the National Carriage Collection, with a fantastic display of horse-drawn vehicles and heritage trades. There is an onsite cafe.

Need to know - Entry to Cobb+Co Museum is free for residents in the Toowoomba Regional Council area however the Science Wonderland is $10 per child. General entry prices for visitors from outside the Toowoomba Regional Council area: Adults $12.50, Children $6.50 and Families (2 Adults and up to 4 Children) $32.
