EVOLVE CAFE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Evolve Café is a fully organic café, located inside Market Organics superstore on Sherwood Road in Rocklea, serving Supreme coffee, Byron Bay tea, cold pressed juices, breakfast, lunch and raw treats.

Nestled in the back corner, surrounded by shelves of organic and natural health food, customers can sit at small tables or the gorgeous raw timber bar overlooking the store.

Wholesome breakfast fare ranges from house made buckwheat granola infused with maple and cinnamon (served with vanilla bean coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit and almond milk) to a Simple Breakfast of poached eggs on organic sourdough with cashew sauce, and Paleo Breakfast – crispy sweet potato hash, garlic and tamari mushrooms, avocado and poached eggs served on a bed of spinach.  

Lunch options include quinoa nori rolls, Nutrition Bomb (bowl of quinoa with stir fried vegetables, garlic mushrooms and avocado), grilled chicken bagels (marinated organic chicken, roasted capsicum, grilled zucchini, tomato and cheddar cheese) and tasty, fresh salads like creamy potato, roasted pumpkin and zucchini pesto pasta, or Rainbow kale (kale, carrot, beetroot, sunflower seeds and pepitas).

There’s acai bowls, bliss balls, raw slices and a cake of the day, the perfect accompaniments to Supreme’s organic coffee. Evolve also serves a selection of green smoothies and protein shakes.

Afterwards, browse the store and pick up some organic goodness such as fresh fruit and veggies (sourced from local farmers), meat, milk, bread, eggs, dairy, pantry items and much more.
