Stones Corner

GO LOUNGE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOWN.

Do not pass go, Go Lounge that is - Brisbane’s first official board games lounge, in Stones Corner.

Located on Logan Road, opposite the Timber Cabin & Coffee House, Go Lounge is the brainchild of board game groupie Cindy Wong.

Seating inisde the Go Lounge in Stones Corner

Inspired by similar places in Canada, Cindy has created a comfortable space where strangers and friends can come together for a friendly game – with more than 200 to choose from.

All your childhood faves are here – Monopoly, Mousetrap, Scrabble and Cluedo – alongside lesser known games like the international award-winning Alhambra, Ticket to Ride and Triassic Terror, created by Brisbane board game designer Dr Peter Hawes.

Pile of board games inside the Go Lounge

Belaroma coffee and Le Cake sweet treats are on hand while punters are welcome to bring their own wine, beer and/or board game.

Things to Note: Play all day for $10 (includes free non-alcoholic drink) or $2 per hour before 6pm and $3 per hour past 6pm and weekends. Children over five are welcome with adult supervision.
