For eons David Pugh has been creating culinary magic in this gracious high-ceilinged 19th century warehouse on the edge of the Botanical Gardens. Here early diners can either take a seat at the dramatic bar area or hang by the edge of the gardens’ entrance opposite and take in the lively fruit bat action around the date palms.
And if you can secure a table by the arched windows, do, then sit back and enjoy the innovative menu which changes monthly.The cuisine is Modern Oz, featuring everything from locally caught seafood to venison with the option of a superb degustation menu, the service is faultless and the value excellent.
