Sunset Spritz Bar

Sunset Spritz is Custom House’s pop-up garden bar, a sensational place to enjoy a balmy spring or summer evening under the palm trees and orange umbrellas with Brisbane’s best vistas of the river and Story Bridge.

In the shadow of the backlit facade of the grand heritage-listed building, the chic little bar is the city’s go-to for a pre-dinner aperitivo, Italian style and delectable canapes, or a late evening nightcap and cheese.

Settle into a patio chair with dress circle views of the sunset skies over the Story Bridge and sip away on a refreshing Aperitivo such as Aperol Spritz, Bellini, Negroni or Limoncello Collins, a classic spirit combo like Campari and orange, or a glass of Provence rosé or Peroni Beer.

Italian inspired canapes, designed to perfectly accompany the drinks, include freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, Milanese saffron fontina arancini, crumbed olives stuffed with feta and chicken parmigiana sliders with mozzarella, tomato and pesto, as well as a selction of cheeses.
