The Medibank Feel Good Program, Brisbane’s popular free outdoor fitness series, is back at South Bank Parklands from Oct 1- Dec 1, as well as, for the first time, Queens Park in Brisbane CBD.
No matter what your fitness level, you can partake in the Medibank Feel Good Program, with specially designed classes ranging from low impact to high energy.
At South Bank the classes (Yoga, Pilates, Energy, Tai Chi, Hiit, Zumba and Mums & Bubs) are conveniently held on the beautiful Little Stanley Street lawns on various days while the aqua class takes place in the Boat Pool on Saturday mornings.
This year there will also be two yoga classes held at historic Queens Park (outside Brisbane Treasury) on Tuesdays.
Need to know – No bookings required – just rock up. It is recommended to bring along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required). A limited number of yoga mats are available for usage on a first-come first-served basis.
