Immerse yourself in a symphony of seasonal delights, accompanied with a glass of sparkling for adults or elevate your high tea experience by upgrading to a glass of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut champagne.

Guests will enjoy three-tiers of flavourful luxuries, such as roasted hazelnut Nutella slice, sea salt caramel tart, and spiced pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting.

Savoury delights include in-house smoked salmon and citrus cream rye crostin, roasted pumpkin and sage tart, and triple cream brie with house made cranberry and pear chutney.

And it wouldn't be a High Tea, without fluffy, vanilla scones served with clotted cream and blueberry jam.

Revel in the delectable offerings carefully curated for the season with Falling for Flavours: Autumn High Tea, served daily in Pearls Bar from 12pm-4pm, until June 16th.

Falling for Flavours: Autumn High Tea is $76 per adult, including a glass of sparkling wine and bottomless tea and coffee, or upgrade your wine to a glass of Perrier-Jouet champagne for an additional $12pp. High Tea is $38 per child (aged 5-12 years).
