Brisbane's popular, free, Feel Good Progam is back! Get fit for free in the beautiful surrounds of South Bank Parklands with outdoor health and wellbeing classes for all ages and fitness levels, from March 4 to June 1, 2024.

Celebrating its 13th year, the Feel Good Program has become a beloved staple on Brisbane's event calendar, attracting people of all ages and fitness levels, with a range of mood-boosting and wellness-enhancing activities.

From zen-inducing Yoga and strength-building Mat Pilates to high-impact cardio sessions such as Body Attack, Zumba and Les Mills Dance, there's something for everyone to enjoy in this free program.

Whether you're a  seasoned fitness enthusiast or just embarking on your wellness journey, the Feel Good Program offers a welcoming space for all.

All classes are free with no bookings required – just turn up, enjoy the fun, and bask in the beauty of the great outdoors.
