Under the conductorship of Philip Chu, who, as well as his classical pursuits is active in recording music for anime and video games, Video Games Unplugged will be hosted by gaming funnymen Kris Straub and Paul Verhoeven and also feature special guest Austin Wintory, who as the composer of the music for Journey, became the first ever Grammy nominee for videogame score composition.

In conjunction with the aural, some spectacular visuals will be part of the family friendly concert to make the experience all-encompassing, with a giant back screen showing especially edited and timed image packages from the games.
