South Bank

OTTO Ristorante is Brisbane's go-to for exquisite Italian dining in a designer boat-house style pavilion on the riverfront at South Bank's River Quay.

Drawing inspiration from the regions of Italy and top quality Australian ingredients and led by talented Head Chef Will Cowper, OTTO Ristorante serves up modern Italian dishes celebrating regional produce.

OTTO Ristorante

Highlights of the menu include starters such as Crudo di Pesce (raw seafood of the day, fennel, finger lime, ginger, chilli and lemon) and Capesante (Hervey Bay scallops, pumpkin, black pudding, sage, muscatels, pine nuts, and brown butter).

OTTO Ristorante

Other specialities include Spaghettini (long thin pasta, Champagne lobster, garlic, chilli, white wine, lemon butter, bottarga) and Bistecca di Manzo (Rangers Valley ‘OTTO Reserve’ flap steak, roasted onion, mustard espuma and veal sauce).

OTTO Ristorante

Brand new concept OTTO Osteria is another fantastic part of the OTTO team's offering at the new location. With a walk-in only policy, OTTO Osteria embodies Aperitivo al fresco as the newest waterside bar, with the OTTO team serving up a menu inspired by the regions of Northern Italy, alongside wine produced by Northern vintners and a delectable cocktail menu.

OTTO Ristorante

On offer at OTTO Osteria are dishes inspired by Northern regions such as Piedmont, Veneto and Emilia - Romangna, including Chargrilled local bay squid, fresh Sydney Rock oysters served with lemon, mini focaccias, fried artichokes, Affettati and pastas such as the iconic Spaghetti cacio e pepe.

OTTO Ristorante

For Dolci (sweets), delectable choices include Ananas (coconut, mascarpone, salted pistachio, pineapple and tarragon), Fichi (caramelised honey, ricotta, fig and lemon) or Cioccolato (Amedei dark chocolate, raspberry, potato) or there's a selection of Australian and Italian artisan Formaggi (cheese).

OTTO Ristorante

OTTO also has an award-winning wine list, inspired by OTTO’s love for Italian varietals and carefully curated by General Manager Alan Hunter.

Good to know - In addition to the resturant and bar, OTTO Event has three distinct spaces available for semi-private and exclusive use. These include Sopra, Piazza, and Centrale. The main dining room is also available for exclusive book outs.
