Start the evening with Pacific oysters, cucumber and elderflower mignonette and finish this feast with macerated strawberries, mascarpone, meringue, raspberry sorbet, sorghum, and lemon balm.

Elevating the evening to an unparalleled level of sophistication, the RSRV Grand Cru long table dinner is set in Cloudland’s elegant Heritage Room. As the festive season approaches treat yourself to this five-course menu with matched 75ml glasses of the featured RSRV wines.
