Located beside Buttery Boy, the Valley's new pancake parlour, this light-filled spacious eatery boasts a modern industrial vibe with banquette seating, marble- topped tables, high ceilings, and lush greenery.

What makes Mr Duncans unique is the four distinct kitchens under the one roof, with a host of talented chefs who have honed their skills at some of Brisbane's best restaurants such as Sake, Donna Chang and Hellenika. Each kitchen offers an array of delectable cuisine - Pan Asian, Pizza/Pasta, Grill and Raw Bar - with dishes designed to compliment each other, including snacks, small and large plates.

You can order oysters from the Raw Bar to start, followed by sweet prawn spring rolls from the Pan Asian kitchen and Cozze pizza topped with smoked mussels, before tucking into baby back pork ribs from the grill with a side or broccolini, brussell sprouts, mushrooms, or thick cut fries.

Besides Pacific oysters, the Raw Bar menu features beef tataki, seafood ceviche, sashimi (snapper, salmon, kingfish or scallop) and the highly recommended Tuna Crispy Rice Fingers with avocado cream.

If you love Italian cuisine, there's a selection of mouth-watering dishes such as Margherita and Tartufo (mixed mushroom) pizzas and Gnudi (ricotta dumplings), seafood marinara linguine, and braised lamb ragu with papardelle pasta, pecorino and marjoram.

Pan Asian delights include sweet prawn spring rolls and cheese burger-inspired dumplings, Singapore chilli crab, black pepper chicken, and Jiang Xi Rainbow Trout served on lotus leaf steamed with red and green chili pickles and mustard greens.

If you still have room for dessert, there's Chocolate Fondant (vanilla and toasted sesame anglaise, orange sauce and vanilla ice-cream) or Panacotta Cheesecake (compressed apple tapioca, orange panna cotta, mango ice-cream, green tea sponge, lime crumble, cheese cake foam).

Mr Duncans is fully licensed with beer on tap, a curated wine list, mocktails, classic cocktails with a twist, and signature cocktails like Mrs Duncans - a delicious concoction crafted with vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, and soda.
