RSPCA Op Shop

Stafford

In the middle of a bustling commercial precinct in Stafford is where you’ll find a great little RSPCA Op Shop that Brisbane bargain hunters will enjoy.

With the embrace of living more sustainably and thrift shopping in Brisbane on the rise, this op shop has loads of pre-loved items to make your own, giving them another chance of a forever home.

As is usually the case, there’s more women’s fashion than men’s fashion in store, but this changes regularly so no two visits are the same. It’s not uncommon to spot a vintage pearl in the mix if that’s what you're after.

In a section of its own are the more up-market fashion items – think designer labels, good quality shoes, women’s jewellery and fashion accessories, plus a swag of handbags, purses and scarves – and all at less than the original prices.

In terms of homewares, there is an ever-changing array of larger household furniture pieces such as lounges, dining tables, chairs and bookshelves.

Kitchenware and manchester are commonly on offer, as well as quite a few books for those that still enjoy the novelty of turning the page, at bargain prices.

The littlies are also catered for with a range of preloved children’s clothing, kids’ toys, children’s story books, board games and used baby furniture often available.

A busy location during the week, weekend shoppers will find it much easier to grab a park right outside the door with plenty of free parking. And, with Stafford Bunnings just a stone’s throw away, it makes for a great weekend shopping trip.

Nice to know – All proceeds from sales go to helping animals in RSPCA’s care.
