Brisbane Comedy Festival Take 2

Brisbane Powerhouse

The much loved Brisbane Comedy Festival 2021 is back for another round of laughs from our top home grown comedians with Take 2, at Brisbane Powerhouse from October 22-November 28, 2021.

Come down for a laugh between lockdowns and support some of Australia's best artists at the festival that just won't quit! Here are some of the highlights:

Kevin Kropinyeri

Rapidly becoming a national treasure, Kev is one of Australia’s premier comedians. A proud Ngarrindjeri man, he has experienced challenges, failures and successes which he shares in a heart-warmingly humble and hilarious hour. Nov 5-7

Tom Thum, Damien Power & Sachem

Multi-award winning artists, Damien Power (comedian), Tom Thum (beatboxer) & Sachém (rapper) collide in an old-school style late night live special with an hour of world-class stand-up, mind melting beat boxing and soul striking hip-hop. Nov 6,13

Damien Power

This year leading Australian comedian Damien’s throwing out the rule book, experimenting with new material, old material and everything in between. Don’t worry, you are in the hands of a master - he won’t let you down! Nov 12 &13

Nikki Osborne

Osborne is no stranger to controversial comedy, in fact, she’s now the face of it! Too Far is no different, so be prepared for a cheeky laugh, especially when Bush Barbie makes an appearance. Nov 25-28

Mel Buttle

Mel has had a go at playing softball, touch footy, hockey and AFL, all at intermediate levels but rest assured her comedy is grand final worthy. Sit on the sidelines and soak in one of comedy’s top players! Nov 27 & 28.
