The Baker's Corner On Kenrose

Carina

Carina locals living near the little cluster of shops on Kenrose Street awaken to the wonderful aroma of freshly-baked bread and pastries emitting from The Baker's Corner on Kenrose.

The Baker's Corner on Kenrose Carina

This secret artisan bakery is where locals go to pick up freshly baked, naturally fermented loaves of bread, buns, bagels and rolls.

You'll find white, whole wheat and country grain alongside light and dark rye, pumpkin or olive sourdough, spelt chia and flax seed, fruit loaf, Italian ciabatta and Turkish bread to name a few.

Recently renovated to include a seating area, customers can now enjoy a cup of 100% Arabica coffee complemented by an almond croissant, cream-filled apple turnover or petite danish (custard, apple, apricot and blueberry).

Additional sweets include homemade donuts, muffins, macarons and gluten-free flourless chocolate cake; while savouries range from cheese and bacon scrolls and bacon egg brioches to lamb and rosemary pies and pissaladieres - brioche based pizzas with traditional toppings like salted onions, kalamate olives, sundried tomato and roasted capsicum.
