Purple Palm

Woolloongabba

Purple Palm is a stunning Californian-inspired gin garden bar located in the middle of the palm-tree lined oasis of South City Square in Woolloongabba.

Purple Palm Woolloongabba

The glamorous al fresco bar exudes a Palm Springs desert oasis vibe, with circular banquette, curved booths, white pebble garden beds, ceiling fans, and cushioned bar stools along a marble topped counter with a view over the terraced  landscaped gardens of the square.

By night the palm trees are illuminated with a purple glow (hence the inspiration for the bar's name), and the bar enjoys cooling summer breezes, making it the perfect place for drinks after sundown.

Purple Palm Woolloongabba

Featuring a 10-foot wall of gin and cocktails on tap, Purple Palm only serves Australian spirits and produce, including a bespoke Sunshine State gin and exclusive tonic from Strangelove.

To accompany the drinks, patrons can enjoy a selection of small plates from neighbouring South City Wine Bar and Casa Chow, both of whom are, like Purple Palm, owned by the Talisman group.
