Here you'll find a wide range of banh mi (5 spice pork, crispy roast pork, grilled lemongrass pork, teriyaki tofu, teriyaki chicken, vietnamese meatballs) made with freshly baked baguettes.

Aside from banh mi, Mister Bui also serves a popular selection of rice paper rolls, spring rolls, vermicelli noodle salads, curries and pho (chicken or beef noodle soup).  All menu items are made to order using local ingredients and accompanied by individual house made sauces.

Mister Bui's barista uses Toby's Estate coffee to prepare traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and there are other beverages available such as kombucha, ginger beer or soft drinks.
