After five months on renovations, the beloved Brighton Hotel has reopened with a brand-new beer garden, adjoining kids' playground, light filled bistro and dedicated sports bar.

To celebrate its reopening, Brighton Hotel will host a Welcome Weekend from May 17-19, featuring an awesome line-up of family-friendly activities and specials, including face painting and a petting zoo for kids, live music, and much more.

The expansive new beer garden is the perfect spot year-round, with picnic-style seating, enchanting festoon lighting, heaters for the cooler days, and an adjoining playground for the kids.

The bistro also has a delicious new seasonal menu that includes Queensland classics and produce driven dishes, with something to suit all palates and dietary preferences. There's even a dedicated Seniors and Kids menu. 

From chargrilled King Prawns with confit garlic butter and dill oil, and Beef & Pork Rissoles with potato mash, broccolini, onion rings and gravy, to pub classics like Wagyu Beef Burgers and Chicken Parmis, plus a lineup of weekly specials, the bistro offers great value for local families and visitors alike.

For sports fans, the dedicated sports bar boasts large LED tv screens and both casual booth and high table seating, perfect for those wanting to catch a live game or enjoy a relaxed drink.
