South Bank’s Sausage & Beer Fest will guarantee fun for all ages when it pops up on the southern lawn at Little Stanley Street on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8.

Hosted by The Charming Squire, this massive sausage sizzle will feature a fantastic range of specially-made, artisinal snags from some of South Bank’s favourite restaurants and bars including The Charming Squire, Tai Tai, Hop & Pickle, Fritzenberger, Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, Brooklyn Depot, Shysh, Baba Ganouj and Tippler’s Tap.

A frankfurter festival with a multicultural twist, attendees will be able to sample an array of delicious, sausages in worldly-flavours; from British bangers and Italian salami sausages to Chinese-style snags and more. 

Self-confessed sausage connoisseurs can also enjoy a selection of unique, craft beers and ciders from The Charming Squire’s Pop-Up Bar and listen to live music performed by some of Brisbane’s best local musos.

Adult tickets cost $30, which includes a choice of sausage samplers, slaw and chips, or $39 with a beer flight; while a Child (12 and under) can enjoy a sausage, chips and soft drink for just $15.

Continuing the celebration throughout November, each participating restaurant and bar will offer up their signature snag as a gourmet sausage of the month meal, paired with a craft beer.
