Spoilt

Judith Wright Centre

Touted as 'the most tragically hilarious wedding ever staged', Spoilt is the new one-woman show from talented comedian, actor, writer and director, Liz Skitch.

In Spoilt, Skitch plays five spoilt women – a hapless bride-to-be, celebrity personal trainer, reality TV star, karaoke-singing celebrant and a caffé latte-sipping dog lover. They all come together, climaxing in the mother of all weddings where Skitch gets to showcase the amazing talent that’s garnered her superlatives from the critics.

Spoilt Liz Skitch

The Music says, “Liz Skitch is a true master of impersonation and satire… If you’re into multiple wig changes, crazy brides and deluxe doggy doo doo, then this show’s for you!” And as this is a wedding, we’re promised some coarse language and sexual references, with a warning that there may be traces of Nutbush.

For 15 years, Skitch has been creating works with her theatre company, debase productions, which have toured nationally and internationally. She’s appeared in several comedy festivals and recently has been a comic accordionist and MCs the monthly Moulin Beige comedy night in Melbourne.
