Perentie Brewing Co

Eagleby

Perentie Brewing Co is a brand-new, 6 million dollar, bespoke brewery with a bar, beer garden and kitchen, located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, just off the M1 at Eagleby.

The brand new brewery forms part of the massive lifestyle and entertainment precinct at Eagleby that includes Kiwanda Cafe, Sugar Creek Smokehouse, Posodas Cantina and Distillery Road Market.

With the addition of Perentie, the precinct now boasts 68 beer taps throughout with 40 of those dedicated to Perentie's own beer, brewed onsite at the 1 million litre capacity lager brewery.

Specialising in authentic lagers using traditional German brewing processes, Perentie crafts three signature brews including Summer Dry (a mid-strength lager), Pure Crisp (clean crisp lager) and Komodo Black (dark lager).

Guests can settle in for a session either inside or outside in the beer garden overlooking an expanse of the Albert River and historic Beenleigh Rum Distillery.

The beer on offer is complemented by a seasonal menu including delicious food such as Perenties' Smash Burger, Prawn & Bug Roll, and Onion Rings made with the brewery's Komodo Black beer.

Nice to know - The brewery is named after Australia's largest monitor lizard, the Perentie, which is native to the outback.

Need to know - The precinct is set to grow in 2024 with the opening of The F.E.D. (Food and Entertainment District). This new indoor/outdoor casual dining hub will feature an array of street food container-style outlets, alongside Sugar Creek Smokehouse and Posadas Cantina.
