Sourced

Teneriffe

SOURCED HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN FEBRUARY 2020.

Sourced is a bright cavernous warehouse space with sunny deck, that is a candidate for Teneriffe's most popular foodie cafe.

Ferns line an unpainted besser block wall, the floor is shiny pine and one whole side is open to let in natural light which, along with the nearby sourcing of food, keeps the eco footprint on the small side.

As well as the cafe there's a small deli and bakery counter where customers can pick up house-baked bread and pastries, daily salads and gourmet deli products.

The concise menu, which changes seasonally, consists of delicious options such as citrus cured salmon herb creme fraiche and watercress filled croissants, and divine toastie of house-baked sourdough with fillings such as zhoug roast chicken, aioli and rocket.

Meanwhile daily salads include the likes of dukkah seasoned avocado, house sauerkrauit and boiled egg and the excellent coffee is from Marvell Street.
