Short Order By Jocelyn's Provisions

Newstead

Short Order By Jocelyn's Provisions is cooking up homestyle meals, brewing smooth coffee and whipping up sweet treats in their Haven Newstead eatery.

The café/kitchen consists of a well-stocked takeaway counter, a coffee corner and a few dining tables down the adjoining alleyway.

Short Order cooks up delicious meals like chicken noodle soup, fresh soups and curries that are then vacuum sealed in take home packets – ready to be enjoyed at home.

For dining in or takeaway, choose from a variety of home cooked dishes like their breakfast burger’s, croque monsieur’s and muesli cups. But the lunch menu is a highlight, with their hot ovens stocked with fresh rotisserie meats like free-range chicken and porchetta.

Short Order also roasts bulk vegetables and tosses a variety of salads. These are best enjoyed as sides to the meat and dressed with some of their homemade sauces and dressings, which have been bottled so you can take these home too.

Considering Short Order is owned by the team at Jocelyn’s Provisions, naturally there are plenty of tasty sweets in their cabinet too. Their pink raspberry cupcakes are quite popular.

As well as pouring coffee, Short Order Kitchen also stocks cold drinks such as the turmeric beauty elixir by Probiotic Kitchen.

Need to know – Centre parking is available.
