Gelato Messina's Creative Department is bringing a 7 course ice-cream degustation dining experience to Brisbane this spring.
Held in the rear dining room of the South Brisbane store, each sitting will accommdate 12 people at a communal table.
The menu is designed to be an experimental, immersive, intriguing, indulgent and at times confronting, seven-course dining experience paired with complimenting liquid concoctions.
Each dish involves a gelato or frozen element, however Gelato Messina refers to it not as a dessert degustation, but rather a dining experience. The seasonal menu is constantly adapting to showcase the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and umami.
These degustations are highly popular and sessions fill quickly so book now.
Need to know - Tickets are $130pp. Sessions are from Wed-Sun, with Wed-Fri sittings at 6.30pm & 8.30pm, Saturdays at 4.30, 6.30 & 8.30pm and Sundays at 2.30, 4.30 & 6.30pm.
