Diners can take a seat inside the ambient stone-walled dining room or al fresco on the deck , where there's also a line-up of bar seating under the red-striped awning.

Fratelli Paddington

Food is the hero here at Fratelli - some of the best Italian to be found in Brisbane, with everything including pasta and breads made fresh on site.

Fratelli Paddington

Start with some fresh-baked focaccia or fritelle (fried pizza dough) and cheese, with an entire selection of must-try Buffalo Burrata sourced from the Tamborine Cheese Factory. Choose from burrata and salmon, pistachio or tartufo (black truffle dressing).

Fratelli Paddington

Share plates include Frittura Mista (fried baby octopus, calamari & white bait with lemon and garlic aioli); highly recommended Carpaccio Di Pomodoro (tomato, golden shallots, olives, strachiatella, dried prosciutto & herbs); and Tamborine Antipasto Platter (two cheeses & two cured meats with olives, jam, grapes, nuts, bread & crackers).

Fratelli Paddington

Pasta dishes include classics like Spaghettti alla Carbonara and Gnocchi al Ragu (rich beef brisket bolognese-style ragu) as well as creative dishes like Cappelletti al Granchio (green spinach pasta dough, crab & ricotta lime filling with soft crab & leek buttery sauce).

Fratelli Paddington

Pizzas are also a must-try, with rosse (San Marcano tomato base) including Margherita, Capricciosa, Al Gamberi (cheery tomatoes, prawn, wild rocket, chilli & garlic) and the Fratelli (fiordilatte mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, pork sausage, gorgonzola, red onion & basil).

Fratelli Paddington

From the Pizza Bianche selection there's Kraken (fiordilatte mozzarella, potatoes, octopus, parsley, lemon zest, EVO); Ortolana (mozzarella, zucchini, capsicum, EVO); and, for the ulitmate cheesy indulgence, the Tamborine ( slection of 5 Tamborine cheeses & EVO).

Fratelli Paddington

Other mains include fish of the day with zucchini and eggplant cream or slow cooked beef cheek with dry potato mash, while for dessert there's a choice of Decadent Tiramisu; Stracciatella Tart (cheese, poached pear, honey & macadamia); Sorbetti (apple, lemon or peach) and Virgin Affogato or a Tamborine Cheese Board.

Fratelli's wine list is almost exclusively Italian except for a small variety of French reds and champagne and there's is also a small selection of Italian beers including Peroni rossa or leggera and Menabrea as well as Italian soft drinks and sparking water.
