Blending harmoniously with the natural surroundings of Mayan Farm, Mayan Luxe Villas are constructed with rammed earth, offering a sustainable and warm ambience with a low carbon footprint. Rammed earth walls eliminate the need for air-conditioning and heating, ensuring cosy winters and cool summers thanks to their clever design that adapts to evening temperature fluctuations.

Each piece of timber used in the construction of Mayan Luxe Villas carries its own unique history, sourced from 80 percent recycled timbers or locally milled timber, while bespoke craftsmanship shines through in the recycled metal fixtures and fittings. These include the impressive front doors made from 200 year old slab hut timber and the door handles from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie set.
