Tillerman Christmas Day Lunch

Enjoy a splendid Christmas Day lunch on the Brisbane River at Tillerman, with beautiful water views and two sumptuous banquets to choose from.

At the first seating, from 11am-1pm, guests will be treated to a delicious 6-course banquet ($175pp) featuring fresh seafood, from crispy-skinned Hiramasa kingfish crepes and lightly battered Balmain bugs to Dusky flathead; served along with roast chicken roulade with prosciutto, roquefort, and black truffle.  And for dessert, deconstructed sticky date pudding. 

The second seating, 1:30pm-3:30pm, includes an indulgent 8-course banquet ($235pp) that includes all of the above plus salty Murray Cod croquetas and Dutch potato scallops.  

Overlooking the Brisbane River and Story Bridge, there is no better place to enjoy a festive feast on Christmas Day than Tillerman.
