Pho Hien Vuong Pasteur

Sunnybank

PHO HIEN VUONG PASTEUR HAS CLOSED.

Not only is this Sunnybank veteran a Brisbane's go-to pho hotspot, its location in the midst of the Market Square's narrow thoroughfares makes it a great people-watching spot.

House specialty is, unsurprisingly the steaming bowls of pho, which are full of delicate flavour and rich with tender meat or spicy sausage, veges and rice or egg noodles. At around $12 a serve, including accompanying fresh bean sprouts, herbs and lemon it's a satisfying meal unto itself, otherwise there are other delicious traditional Viet faves on the menu, such as BBQ pork, shredded pork rind and vermicelli salad or crispy skin chicken.
