Cache Cache

Rochedale

Cache Cache in Rochedale is a stunning eatery serving up a culturally-diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner – and everything in between.

Located within the Rochedale Village shopping complex, this deceptively-large cafe boasts an abundance of seating both indoors and out.

Seating options include everything from intimate tables for two to family-friendly booths, and towering bar-style arrangements. Large groups can easily be catered for both indoors and out, plus there’s a small but well-stocked kids’ play area tucked away out the back.

Taking inspiration from multiple continents, the dinner menu includes such diverse offerings as burgers, pizzas, fish and chips, and fried prawn nigiri.

For lunch, you can order everything from eggplant linguine to pulled beef and Nutella peanut butter pizzas. There’s also a tapas menu including the likes of crispy fried squid, karaage chicken, and ketch-up rice croquettes.

Breakfast offerings are similarly diverse, with selections including a breakfast pizza and burger, a breakfast platter for two (mountains of eggs, halloumi, slow-cooked beef brisket, bacon, cherry tomatoes, veggie fritter, roasted pumpkin & sourdough), plus Dippy Eggs (poached eggs served with dashi sauce and toast with garlic butter).

Given its proximity to Coles supermarket, Cache Cache is the perfect place for a post-shop pick-me-up. The taro cake is one of the eatery’s biggest sellers, while the freshly-baked cinnamon rolls are also hard to go past.

Drink-wise, you can sample Toby’s Estate coffee, plus a selection of teas, iced teas (including the milk variety), freshly-squeezed juices, smoothies (such as caffeinated banana, and avocado), milkshakes, beers and wines.

Nice to know – Dogs are welcome in the outdoor dining area, and there are water bowls to keep them happy. A small children’s playground is located a short stroll away.

Need to know – Cache Cache is wheelchair accessible and there are plenty of parking spots available.
