Pam's Cafe 88

Nudgee Beach

The only shop and café in the sleepy hamlet of Nudgee Beach, Pam’s Cafe is something of a treasure. Run by Vietnamese Pam and her husband (who visited Nudgee Beach a decade ago, saw the shop for sale and decided to buy and stay) there’s nothing greasy spoon or run of the mill about this bright little eatery.

On the menu are the usual beachside suspects – hamburgers, fish, bacon and egg burgers, steak sandwiches - and alongside them are Pam’s spring rolls, lemon grass beef, fried rice and sweet’n’sour pork. Everything is freshly made and comes in generous servings while the service from Pam and her husband is unfailingly polite and helpful.
