Casa Motta

Mansfield

Casa Motta is an artisan cheeserie and espresso bar hidden in the backstreets of industrial Mansfield.

This boutique cheese factory, owned by Master Cheesemaker Alessandro Motta, specialises in Italian-style cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, filone, burrata, ricotta and straciatella. The cheeses are made with 100% Queensland milk and hand-stretched the old fashioned way.

Casa Motta Mansfield

While the factory has been in operation for some time, Casa Motta has recently added a retail space - where customers can pick up some freshly-made cheese - and espresso bar.

Roasted locally in Sumner, Parallel coffee is on pour. Takeaway or enjoy in the cosy space fitted out with a few tables and stools. Besides coffee, there are Chamellia teas and smoothies.

There’s also a small selection of pastries and sandwiches on hand to accompany your beverage.

Nice to know - Kenilworth farm milk is pasteurised and bottled on-site and is available to the public.  Purchase a glass bottle of farm fresh milk for $3.80 with refills available for $2.
