Aquatic Paradise Dog Park

Birkdale

Aquatic Paradise is a unique non-enclosed sea front expanse for dogs, bookended by a playground at one end and grassy foreshore on the other with a flat walk/bike path threading its way through the middle.

The only partitions are 2 wire fence sections demarking the limits so for traffic chasing pups this park is one to avoid. However others will love the space, as will owners who can couple the park with a waterfront promenade along Queens Esplanade or a sit on one of the benches overlooking the bay.

For families with children the small playgrounds at each end are potential lures, with the Aquatic Paradise one immediately adjacent. And a short walk/drive away is Chumley Warner's British fish’n’chip shop that true to tradition wraps its fish’n’chips in butcher paper – ideal for eating by the sea.
