Mylk & Co

New Farm

Mylk & Co is New Farm's hub for wholesome decadence, located along bustling Merthyr Road.

Ines Scholtes, food enthusiast and blogger of Wholesome Ines, opened Mylk + Ko with a vision to create delicious and wholesome dishes that don’t sacrifice taste. The large ‘cold’ menu is abundant with food and drink that are both delicious and nutritious.

The décor has been designed to create an inviting and fresh feel, to complement the dishes on the menu. There are bench seats as well as chairs inside the café with plenty of outdoor seating also available.

The large and creative menu has been developed by Ines, inspired by her own favorite home creations. All dishes are currently dairy-free and gluten-free, suitable to vegetarians and vegans. With a hands-on approach, Ines sources produce from local farmer’s markets as well as local wellness experts for unique tea blends and organic coffee.

Dishes include homemade granola and popular, Coco Whip; with an abundance of flavors available to choose from. Delicious acai bowls are the most popular dishes, they are bursting with flavor, nutritious and most certainly Instagram-worthy. Bowls can be purchased in many flavors such as the Recovery Bowl, which includes acai, blueberries, banana, spinach, raw protein, coconut water and is topped with caramalised buckinis, natural coconut yoghurt, apple, kiwis, strawberries, chia seeds and goji berries.*

The drinks menu is bursting with choices, with takeaway and dine in options on offer. Drinks include organic coffee, as well as specialty coffees such as matcha, golden and cacao; Mayde tea developed by a popular Byron Bay based nutritionist; cacao tea; nutrient enriched smoothies; cold pressed juices; Super Mylkshakes, as well as bottled beverages such as Frequency Water and Shine Water.
