Newstead

Yolk is Newstead's new go to for breakfast, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nestled inside Gasworks Plaza, Yolk is from the same peeps that own popular brunch spot Morning After in West End.

Yolk, Newstead

The concise all-day menu focuses on simple breakfast fare done well, including Yolk's signature bacon and egg roll with a selection of sauces to choose from: tomato, barbecue, dijonnaise, hollandaise, hot sauce, sriracha mayo and more.

Otherwise, there's an Angus scotch fillet and sunnyside up fried egg roll with chimichurri, and a panko-crumbed mushroom and scrambled egg roll with truffle mayo.

Yolk, Newstead

If you're still feeling peckish, there's a buttermilk chicken burger and chicken strips, as well as sides of potato chips and hash browns.

Yolk, Newstead

Coffee on pour is by Five Senses, best accompanied with a Butterbing cookie sandwich, slice of baklava or freshly-baked muffin.
