Kazba

Fortitude Valley

Kazba is an exotic, Middle-Eastern themed bar, nestled next door to sibling restaurant Za Za Ta in The Valley (formerly the Emporium Hotel), in Fortitude Valley.

Bar patrons are transported from the streets of Brisbane to the boulevards of Tel Aviv by the cocktail list at Kazba.

Kazba Fortitude Valley

Cocktails, including Turkish Coffee Martini, Fig Rum Old Fashioned, Persimmon Negroni and Tel Aviv Sazerac, are served in vessels sourced from bazaars and markets. Drinks are made using house-made Middle Eastern cordials derived from the region’s produce, as well as sodas and unique produce for garnishes.

Kazba Fortitude Valley

Delectable vegetarian bar food (think chilli haloumi, savoury doughnuts, zucchini baba ghanoush or murtabak gozleme) is available until late and cooked over charcoal and woodfire for a unique flavour.
